Meet Our Speech Therapist Team

I am an ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist with a clinical focus in early intervention, speech sound disorders, and early language development. I was born and raised in Rockwall, TX and attended Abilene Christian University to obtain my Bachelors of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Following graduation I married my college sweetheart and continued pursuing my education at Abilene Christian University-Dallas where I obtained my Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. My passion and drive to help kids is deeply rooted as I grew up witnessing the positive and significant impact speech therapy made for my family and my brother who has special needs. In addition to my lifelong personal experiences, I have also learned and grown by working in schools, skilled nursing facilities, pediatric private practices, pediatric home health, and pediatric telehealth. Since I was a teenager, I knew I wanted to own a private practice -- so here I am with Horizon Pediatric Therapy! I collaborate closely with parents from the initial evaluation through every session to ensure your child's therapy space is a safe haven for building communication and confidence.

When I am not treating my speech kiddos, you'll find me making memories with my beautiful 3 children and wonderful husband.
